Tell Congress: Support the Blue Carbon Protection Act
From the climate crisis to the plight of vulnerable species in the wild, our planet is facing crises like never before. The U.S. has the opportunity to be a global leader in conservation—if Congress takes action to protect ocean and coastal ecosystems that capture and store carbon and provide a home for a diverse array of species. Coastal blue carbon ecosystems like mangroves, tidal marshes, and seagrass beds naturally store large quantities of carbon, often for hundreds of years.
If you take action and have not already registered, you will receive periodic updates and communications from Wildlife Conservation Society.
